Beginning in 1992 Lee saw the need for seller representation in the sale of businesses, companies and professional practices. Seeing that Confidentiality was the most important thing in selling an entity he began his career with the sale of a Water Park to a Private Equity Group. From there he went on to sell landscape companies, suppliers, professional practices, a transportation company, franchise’s, medical practice, etc. The most important thing to Lee is the relationship with his client, as well as keeping in contact with information paramount to the sale. While Lee is selective which owner(s) he will represent he believes all business owners must have complete confidentiality in selling their business, so they don’t see their employees leaving, their suppliers being not as co-operative and their customer/patient base diminishing. Lee has a database of Lenders and qualified purchasers which provides him the ability to represent his sellers at the highest level. Be very careful who you entrust the sale of your business.

Prior to joining Freedom Advisors, Inc, I worked in the Real Estate industry as a residential and commercial agent in both New York and Florida.
I was an active licensed Business Intermediary in New York and Florida for VR and Murphy Business Brokerages.
My husband and I have owned and operated numerous retail businesses in both states that we have since sold to pursue other interests.
I have participated with the SBA in Naples,Fl teaching new entrepreneurs the fundamentals of starting new business ventures.
The most rewarding to me was assisting others in procuring and selling existing businesses to be able to fulfill their dreams and financial freedom.
